UPDATE Change-log v4.53.3U

PSP Emu is now working fine on CEX/DEX in any condition.

Features & Notes from v4.53.2U:

newest webman mod 1.30.18 integrated [previously had 1.30.8 by mistake] this one supports Fan controller on 4.53 DEX mode
4.60 Spoof supported via REBUG mode on both CEX/DEX + CEX/Retail XMB
PS2/PSP EMU also work fine on both CEX/DEX with 4.60 Spoofed
PS2 Emu on CEX/Retail XMB on both CEX/DEX would shutdown after 3 beeps, this is the same as the original leaked version, I'm not quite sure if Team Rebug couldn't or didn't fix.
PS2 Emu on BC Consoles are not confirmed 100% yet, but no one seems to claim any issue, let me know if anyone tests, if there is any issue, I could do the same thing that @smhabib did with his 4.53 Cobra.
RSOD BYPASS / InGame Screenshot also applied [this isn't done by me but it's unusual because Team Rebug has never done this with their FW]

COBRA 7.0.1 (Unknown changes from Cobra 7.0)
Toolbox version 2.02.00 built in
Unknown update (v2.02.00)
Toggles for Cobra and webMAN
Possible other unknown features

In-Game ScreenShot
RSOD bypass
Rebug mode active in toolbox
Working PS, PS2, PS3, PSP ISO's
Possibly more...

These are the features and patches found in normal REBUG REX Releases

Since the REBUG/COBRA 4.53 REX was a leaked release some these features and patches may nor may not be present in this releases.

Maybe it's redundant but I would like to warn everyone who uses or plans on using this CFW for CCAPI.

Uninstall CCAPI before enabling Cobra again, otherwise your PS3 won't boot

I just had this happen to me. I managed to install Rogero downgrader through recovery and from there uninstalled CCAPI, but I can't install this CFW now, it says "corrupted data" every time.

EDIT: I managed, tutorial below for anyone with this problem.

1. Go to Recovery and install Rogero 4.21 downgrader.
2. From there, install Rogero 3.55 3.7A using recovery as well.
4. Install This CFW again.

Joonie Wrote:Notice 1: Q/A SHOULD BE TOGGLED:

Reason: When switching REBUG or DEX mode will give a softbrick, and firmware will have to re-installed.

Notice 2: Install CFW via XMB not via "Recovery Menu"

Reason: Installing via Recovery Mode can give errors after reaching 54% ("no applicable update data found"). Installing via XMB you will not get this error.

Ce CFW s'installe à partir d'un OFW 3.55 ou inférieur ou bien à partir d'un CFW 4.XX.
