[Release] PRX Converter 3.95 to 3.90

After days of hexediting and batch writing i was sick of looking at them and Xanderchaos came to my rescue of crosseyedness and reversed all the data in the batch files so we can convert a 3.95prx theme to 3.90 then you can put that into the 3.90 to 4.00 converter and voila, we now have 4.00prx :)

There were alot of good themes and I couldn't leave those developers hang in the wind not wanting to manually convert so here it is.
