* CITIZEN SKYWATCH RECRUITMENT CENTER: The Citizen Skywatch Recruitment Center is an integral hub for Citizen Soldiers to relay intel and evidence and bring in new agents to our cause. RECRUITMENT CENTER

* CITIZEN SKYWATCH TELETYPE: This device will be used to transmit urgent but brief information. All Citizens are urged to keep a close eye on the Teletype as it will be used to relay breaking information as situations unfold on the ground. TELETYPE
