Ah oui bloquer des fonctionnalités essentielles comme celles-là ça va dissuader tout le monde de rooter son téléphone lol.
Ce sont des comiques chez Samsung des fois. Perso depuis que mon NOTE 3 est rooté j'ai même changé le système qui tourne dessus, comme beaucoup de monde, donc honnêtement knox et Samsung pay c'est la dernière des choses dont s'occupe les utilisateurs non lambda.

J'ai Lollipop rooté avec Xposed et le module Youtube Adaway. Je n'ai aucune pub sur Youtube que ce soit PC ou smartphone

Normalement si on ne telecharge pas n'importe quoi et qu'on n'est pas rooté y a peu de chance d'être infecté. Sur les applications de devs non reconnu faire gaffe au droit d'accès de l'appli et c'est bon. Android reste sur. Si malware il y a c'est que vous l'avez vous même installé en lui donnant des droits.
